Fee Sheet

It is important to note that your management fees for the service you have chosen are specifically confirmed on Your Dashboard, which should be reviewed regularly.

This Fee Sheet sets out:

  • Any additional services you select or which may apply; and
  • Management fees for rents above £3,000 pcm; and 
  • Management fees for HMO properties.
